Form Work
CVC Columns’ formwork is made-to-measure for your application. It is strong, light-weight and incredibly versatile. Available in Structural or Architectural grade, CVC Columns can be produced in any diameter between 250mm to 1000mm, thus eliminating the need to “go up one size” to accommodate a designer’s request.

Bridge Voids
CVC Columns’ forms can be produced in any diameter and length, making them ideal for Bridge Voids.  By using CVC Columns you can reduce the “Critical Path” timeline and save money. CVC Columns can be easily stripped at any time and can be manufactured inside out with the ribs on the inside.

Circular Slab Cutouts
CVC Columns’ forms can accommodate Circular Slab Cutouts. The forms can be stress-relieved to enable holes to be cut anywhere along the length. Reinforcing steel is then attached from the beam/slab reinforcement to the column and the formwork is placed for the beam/slab. This is a time-saving and economical solution as the entire construction can be poured together.

Footings
CVC Columns’ forms can be produced in any diameter and length, making them ideal for Footings. By using CVC Columns you can reduce the “Critical Path” timeline and save money. Our product is so light and easy to use that it’s preferred by everyone who handles it. Cranes and excess labour are seldom required to place footings.
